Arrival/Departure Check-in Time - Lodging usually is ready by 3 p.m. If you should arrive before your accommodations are ready, please be prepared to enjoy the scenic surroundings while you wait. Check-out Time - To assure tidy accommodations for our incoming guests, we ask that you check out by 11 a.m. Arrangements can be made for storing luggage and equipment if you have activities off the property for the day. Reservations/Deposits/Cancellation Policy A deposit of equal to one night's lodging and taxes, or 50% of your entire stay if for more than one night or for multiple suites or cabins, is required to confirm your reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are guaranteed and will be charged in full at the time of booking your reservation. Major credit cards accepted include Mastercard and Visa. Debit cards also are accepted as are travelers, personal or business checks. We do not accept American Express or Discover Cards at this time. Cancellations occurring outside of 30 days of the arrival date will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Due to a limited number of suites and cabins, the balance of your deposit will be credited to a future date(s) based upon availability or forfeited. If cancellation occurs inside 30 days of arrival, you will be charged for the balance of your stay. For groups reserving multiple night stays, a 50% deposit is required and the balance due two weeks prior to your reservation. There will be a $75 Administration Charge for all cancellations. Taxes Idaho Sales Tax - A 6% sales tax will be added to your bed and breakfast costs. Idaho Lodging Tax - A 2% room tax will be added to your lodging costs.
